I'm not sure this works as an article seeing how big of a shake-up both Rebellion and Wild was.

Well, you're right in that if somebody used it to choose a deck to play it would be a disaster, but I think it works fine as an article, as long as it is clear that it is a snapshot of the meta circa Christmas 2013.

It is in the advanced section so it is not intended for people just learning to play but for people who are already good players. A good way to gain a deeper understanding of a game is to look at past metas and think about why/how they changed over time. Also it's a source of ideas for people who understand that any of these decks would need a bit of modification before playing ranked.

It would be nice to see an updated lowdown on all the most played decks though, hopefully before Christmas 2014.
