When Echoes hits the live server, the game will boast more than 400 scrolls, yet it'll still use the same handful of attack sounds which have been around forever, and this will continue to undermine the sense of a finished game. Some of the problem scrolls have simple fixes which involve playing existing sounds at different pitches, such as:
-Cannon Automaton/Thea: Should be more of a boom
-Arby: Should use the Crossbowman sound played at a lower pitch
-Charge Coil: Sound should actually play
-Automata Forge: Give it the Energy enchantment sound when its ability is used.

But for a complete fix, more sounds will need to be added. If you can't find the time to do this yourselves, I strongly recommend hiring someone who specializes in making video game sounds for this puropse, if only as a one-time job. Units which could really use new sounds include:
-Cursemonger: Should be some sort of high pitched/twinkly sound to indicate magic
-Witch Doctor/Pest Dissimulator/Oblivion Seeker/Baleful Witch: A lower-pitched magical sound which actually sounds like a gooey projectile coming into existence and being fired.
-Earthborn Mystic: Should also be more twinkly.
-Festering Freak: Give it a nice, disgusting splash.
-Thunder Surge: Give it some thunder!
-Harvester: Should attack units with a big satisfying crunch. Making it burp after eating would be kinda funny.
-Iron Ogre/Ironclad Reaver: Should attack with big metallic punches.
-Magma Thrower: Lava!
-Ka Zum Driller: The sound of a big bad drill.
-Revenant: The sound of a magical explosion. Interpret that however you want to.
-Rumble: Make it rumble!
-Snargl/Terrene Brute/Gusty Izulr: Should be more of a grunt and the sound of a collision.
-Magnetizer: A low hum.
-maybe more!

I would love a sound update. Right now, I don't play with the sounds on. I think the sounds have a very specific style, which gets boring. I'd like more varied music.

Footstep sounds for units running across the battlefield would be nice, too.

Yeah, after Echoes, the sounds should be a priority! :D

Personally, I would like to have more options for turning the music on/off. I actually find the music during a match to be a bit wearing (which is not a critique against the music itself: I would get tired of any music after hearing it over and over during every match I play) but I love the music for the store and the changing music themes in the deck builder.
It would be nice to be able to leave some music on and others off depending on what tab you happen to be on.

Probably not but I can dream. :p It would at least be cool to be able to turn off the music that plays during a match while keeping the rest.
