Nope, but you can put in Festering Freak instead of Blightbearer I think. I run both Festering Freak as well as the Blightbearer, as the current meta is pretty much entirely composed of attacking melee units.

I have been trying out freak in both my current decay decks(construct and erode variants) not necessarily as a replacement to rot eater but its also no coincidence that i am not running rot eater. All around i feel going with three three drops or something like two freaks and two rot eaters would work out well both of them are just powerful creatures, but definitely dependent on deck type/play-style.

I've been playing Blinky's decay deck, it runs blightbearer, freak, as well as rot eater. It doesn't feel like too many 3 drops, because harvester doesn't really play like a standard 3.

Freak has become quite useful since the balance patch. You can't ignore him, because he will deal 2 damage + poison damage eventually, and if you want to get rid of him, often you will just have to sacrifice a unit for that. And not a weak one neither, because 3 health, so you either buff it or lose a precious one.

He's especially nasty in judgement I found. Had a lot of "fun" playing against a deck that dropped 3 of them in succession. Ugly.
