When a unit adjacent to Watcher is destroyed by anything other than combat damage, Watcher deals 2 damage to a random opponent idol.
Watcher does not get triggered if a creature dies due to Health reduction. This means any creature killed by Return To Nature or Energy Siphon does not trigger watcher. A common and strong combo is Watcher + Necrogeddon. If you place your creatures around Watcher and then play Necrogeddon, Watcher will deal 2 random idol damage for every adjacent creature replaced by a Husk.
Watcher is included once in the Machine Doom Preconstructed.
